Privacy Policy

When you register an account, we collect: email address, display name, username, and preferred language.

While you use the site, we record: learning progress and review state (stored in Supabase database), and login state (via Supabase Auth session cookie).

Server logs and security logs are automatically generated by Vercel and Cloudflare for security protection and error diagnosis. Xunjian does not directly operate these logging systems.

Some tools (such as Shuangpin Drill, Pomodoro Timer, and Color Picker) save preferences and progress to your browser's localStorage. This data is not uploaded to any server and can be deleted by clearing your browser data.

Game settings and some interface preferences (such as theme) are also stored in localStorage.

Supabase: provides database and authentication services, storing account information, profile data, and learning data. Governed by the Supabase Privacy Policy.

Resend: used to send email verification and password reset emails. Your email address is processed only when you trigger those actions.

Vercel: the hosting platform for this site. Automatically processes request logs and performance data.

Cloudflare: DNS proxy and CDN, handling edge security and caching.

This site does not use any third-party advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or marketing cookies. The Supabase Auth session cookie is the only cookie used for login state. It is a functional cookie necessary for basic site operation and does not require separate consent.

You can update your profile (display name, username, preferred language) on the account page at any time.

Data export and account deletion features are currently in development. To request either, please email [email protected] and we will handle your request manually within a reasonable time.
